Mission Statement

We are to provide patient care reaching excellence in the management of medical needs in a way that allows the delivery of holistic care based on empathy and cultural sensitivity.

We will deliver comprehensive medical care that allows practice of preventative medicine in addition to accuracy in diagnosis and evidence based up to date medical management.

We understand the need for cultural sensitivity/diversity in delivery of medical care where consumer’s individuality is respected and no discrimination or bias is seen.

Our vision

To grow a practice where the highest-quality General Practice meets genuine care, long-term commitment, and to build up a true sense of community. To build trusting doctor-patient relationships, providing for long-term primary health care needs of the surrounding population.
We want to achieve this by following the three P’s.

Not only curing and easing the symptoms of diseases but we want to see patients maintaining their health and stay better in health.

We aim to provide ‘patient centred care’ where patient is actively be involved in making decisions when receiving treatment.

We are an accredited general practice associated with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).

All services performed at our practice are bulk billed to patients upon the presentation of Medicare card. If you don't have a Medicare card, a list of fees is available at our reception.

You can see doctors through making appointments. Walk in is NOT preferred and it is managed case by case. If you would like to make an appointment, please call us on 02) 9804 1166 or 02) 9858 5555.

Immunisations

All of the childhood immunisations are available. Please refer the government website for the childhood immunisation schedule.

All people aged less than 20 years are eligible for free catch up vaccines. Adult refugees and humanitarian entrants are eligible for free catch up vaccines.

Other Vaccines

We stock a range of government vaccines available for who are eligible including: Tetanus; Pertussis (Whooping cough); Boostrix; Meningococcal ACWY; Gardasil; Hepatitis B; Zoster vaccine; Pneumococcal vaccine; Influenza vaccine. Vaccines available at your own cost: Hepatitis A, Typhoid and Bexsero (Menincoccocal B).
